The House Dress Jinbo Reflective mylar, supplied directly from Xia's Packing's original factory, is manufactured using a composite spunbond polypropylene substrate with high-purity, low-radiation aluminum foil. It combines two core functions: high reflectivity mylar and complete vapor barrier performance. Sunlight and infrared radiation generate high temperatures on roofs and exterior walls; conventional insulation films directly conduct heat inward, whereas Jinbo reflective film's aluminum foil layer reflects over 95% of infrared thermal radiation, significantly reducing heat absorption by the insulation layer and substantially lowering indoor air conditioning loads.

Principles of heat retention in indoor spaces during winter

Indoor heating generates long-wave radiant heat, which is transmitted through the insulation layer without any reflective coating; the aluminum foil low-radiation layer reflects indoor heat back into the space, reducing thermal bridge losses and addressing significant heat loss from metal roofs and window frames.

Principle of coordinated bidirectional equilibrium between water vapor and other substances

The reflective film is applied on the indoor side, with an extremely low water vapor permeability to prevent indoor moisture from penetrating the insulation layer; the exterior side is equipped with Jinbo waterproof and breathable membrane to discharge residual moisture from the wall. This dual-layer design ensures both barrier and ventilation effects, effectively preventing moisture-induced mold growth and thermal performance degradation in the insulation layer.

Before construction begins

Temperature data: At noon in summer, the surface temperature of the roof steel plate is 62.7°C; the constant-temperature zone inside the factory building is 37.6°C, with the air conditioning operating at full load for 24 hours.
